With over 15 years experience in the plumbing and heating industry, Ben has become part of our Wrekin Water Family and can undertake local Water Softener Installations.
We will visit your home to undertake a Free home survey. We will go through your options of water softeners available, where it can be installed, how a water softener works and the benefits having one installed. Whilst we are there, we will do a FREE quick water test to let you know how hard the water is in your home.
We will take some photos of the pipework in your home and measure the cabinet where the softener will be installed. Answer any questions you may have.
All information and photos taken gets passed to Emma in the office for quoting.
If you are not local to us in and around North Shropshire for Ben to install, don't worry, we are still able to provide you with a bespoke, supply only, service as normal.

This warranty covers genuine mechanical valve failure from the date of purchase, provided the machine has been correctly installed and a 5 bar pressure limiting valve is in place to protect the unit from excessive pressure. Please note that it does not cover resin or failures due to external factors such as contamination from the incoming water supply, excessive pressure, or weather-related problems.
